Supply and Delivery of Passenger Buses

The Western Australia (WA) Police seeks the supply and delivery of up to six (6) two-wheel (rear-wheel) drive passenger buses (the Product – “the vehicles”), however there is an immediate requirement for the supply and delivery of two (2) vehicles; one (1) vehicle in a “base” model and one (1) vehicle in a “premium” model.
Supply and delivery of further vehicles will be subject to the purchasing requirements of the WA Police, and Respondents are to note that quantities of supply may vary, or be subject to change, during the Term.
The Customer reserves the right to:
(i) to request a test drive/demonstration of the vehicle(s) as part of the evaluation and selection process of the Offer; and
(ii) award the Contract as a Panel Contract of which the applicable terms and conditions relevant to Panel arrangements of the General Conditions of Contract [July 2011] apply.
