Provision of Regular Cleaning Services at Balcatta House and Brookman House

This Request specifies the requirement of the Department for Communities (DfC) for the provision of regular cleaning services at the Department's premises located at 334 Albert Street, Balcatta WA and 25-27 Brookman Ave, Langford WA.

The contract is for an initial period of two (2) years with two (2) x one (1) year extension options exercisable at the absolute discretion of DfC.

The DfC reserves the right to award the resultant Contract in any of the following ways:

• One successful Respondent for all the locations listed in the Request; or
• one successful Respondent for each of the locations listed in the Request.

Additional Information: If tendering on both locations then the Respondent is required to attend both scheduled mandatory briefings. Failure to attend the mandatory briefing at both locations will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.
If tendering on one location then the Respondent is required to attend the mandatory briefing scheduled for that location. Failure to attend the mandatory briefing at this location will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.
