Description
Return to Work Victoria (RTWV) has been created within WorkSafe Victoria to centralise and enhance existing return to work supports, while also bringing a new dedicated focus to piloting initiatives to improve prevention and return to work outcomes.
WorkSafe is seeking to engage a suitably qualified organisation to provide a Worker Mental Health Support Helpline and Case Administration Services to workers from small and medium-sized Victorian businesses that do not already have access to equivalent services such as Employee Assistance Programs.
The Worker Mental Health Support Helpline’s ultimate objectives are to improve the mental wellbeing of workers and prevent mental injuries from occurring in the workplace.
WorkSafe is seeking responses to commence delivery of services within the third quarter of the financial year 2024/25, for an initial one-year term, with the option to extend by two further years in one-year increments subject to delivery success.
Tender will be released on the Buying for Victoria website on 04 September 2024 with responses to be submitted by 2pm 8 October AEDT
