Provision of cleaning Services for Main Roads Bunbury offices and external buildings.

This Request specifies the requirement of Main Roads Western Australia for the provision of cleaning services at Main Roads WA offices, including Laboratory and buildings, situated at Lot 19 Robertson Drive, Bunbury. This Contract is for a twelve (12) month period with the provision for three (3) successive twelve (12) month extension options, exercisable at the absolute discretion of the Principal.

Premises to be cleaned are the Buildings as shown at Appendix A.

Whilst every endeavour has been made to include all aspects of the cleaning maintenance program, any obvious exclusions, other than those detailed under “exclusions” below, relating to a particular site, are to be taken as inclusive of the general cleaning requirement.
