Commercial Cleaning of Queensland Public Trustee Regional Office Buildings

Suppliers are invited by the Customer (The Public Trustee) or (QPT) to submit an offer for ITO No. PTO202330 to provide commercial cleaning services to QPT offices throughout Queensland. Cleaning is to be performed in accordance with the specification contained in Attachment 1: Cleaning Specifications and Part B Draft Contract Details (refer to separate document). Suppliers with the ability to service more than one office location are welcome to apply for as many locations as they can adequately service.

The intent of this ITO is to appoint suitably qualified Supplier(s) to provide commercial cleaning services throughout Queensland to QPT Offices in one or more of the following locations:

Birtinya / Brendale / Bundaberg / Cairns / Ipswich / Mackay / Maryborough / Redcliffe / Rockhampton / Southport / Toowoomba / Townsville

The following is out-of-scope for this ITO:

• clean surfaces of evidence rooms, plant rooms, communications and computer server rooms and artworks;
• clean/service sharps containers and sanitary bins, and
• wash dishes etc used by general staff.

The proposed contract term will be for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend for an additional 2-years, exercisable by QPT at its discretion.
