Description

The PTA requires Painting Contractor/s to paint the nominated surfaces of three (3) separate locations; Kalgoorlie Railway Station (SP1), Currambine Railway Station (SP2) and Nowergup Railway Depot (SP3).

Each project is required to be completed prior to the conclusion of the 2017/2018 financial year (FY).

To achieve the timeframe, each project will run concurrently. To minimise the disruptions to the network, each station shall remain open and operational during the works. However, this increases the complexity of the projects as in addition to managing the service’s risks, both pedestrian and vehicle traffic risks are also to be managed.

This requires the Contractor to provide to PTA specific site Safety Management Plans and Work method Statements which is required prior to work

Tenderers are invited to submit Tenders for Any Separable Portions, Any combination of Separable Portions, or All Separable Portions.

Mandatory Site Briefings are applicable(Please refer to Book1 section 2.25 for further details).

Refer to Book 4 Scope of Works and Specifications for further details on the work required.
