Description
The Public Transport Authority requires underfloor wheel lathe services to be provided for the standard gauge Prospector/AvonLink fleet. There are four trains in the fleet, three trains of two cars which have eight wheelsets and one train of three cars which has twelve wheelsets. It is anticipated that each of the trains will require wheels to be machined once per annum plus additional machining as required due to wheel skids or flats.
