Description

The State of Queensland through Queensland Health, Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably qualified Financial Advisory services to provide financial and economic evaluations for the Preliminary Business Case (PBC) & Detailed Business Case (DBC) process for the Wujal Wujal Primary Health Care Centre (PHCC) project.

A two-stage procurement process will be undertaken to appoint the successful Financial Advisor.

  • Stage One – Expressions of Interest to short list Financial Advisors; then
  • Stage Two – Request for Offer process undertaken with the shortlisted Financial Advisors

Stage One is an open process with any Financial Advisor listed on Arrangement No : QGP0050-18 T1 able to submit an EOI response.

The EOI process looks to obtain information about non-price attributes only and has been structured in a way that does not require a high amount of resourcing to provide a high-quality response.

It is anticipated that there may be three (3) Financial Advisors selected to proceed to Stage Two to ensure that shortlisted consultants provide highly competitive Stage Two submissions.
