Description
The Public Transport Authority (PTA) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide advice to potential migrants and to prepare and lodge visa applications. The services to be provided will include:
- Provision of advice on the requirements for Accredited sponsorship or standard business sponsorship and maintaining such accreditation and related lodgements;
- Processing and lodgement of Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) nomination and visa subclass 482 for main and secondary applicants;
- Processing and lodgement of Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) visa subclass 186 for main and secondary applicants;
- Processing and lodgement of Temporary Work (Short Stay Specialist) visa subclass 400;
- Processing and lodgement of Visitor visa subclass 600 or eVisitor subclass 651;
- Review and provide expert advice, lodgement and processing for permanent resident pathways for PTA's employees;
- Provide advice and updates to the PTA on legislation and immigration law changes affecting visas; and
- Attend employee application review meetings, if required.
