Provision of Services to Manage and Operate the Halls Creek Children and Family Centre

The Halls Creek Children and Family Centre (CFC) is Element 1 of the Closing the Gap: National Partnership Agreement on Indigenous Early Childhood Development. The CFC’s purpose is to provide access to quality early childhood learning, development, and health programs and services, including child care, and coordinate and integrate these for children from birth to five years of age, and their families. The Service Provider is expected to manage CFC operations and broker and schedule programs and services at and through the CFC for the Halls Creek community, delivering on the performance indicators and evaluation measures for this National Partnership.
