Particulars
The supplier will provide an economic baseline for the Northern Rivers ((including the local government areas of Tweed Shire, Byron Shire, Kyogle Shire, Ballina Shire, Richmond Valley and Clarence Valley) that identifies the current state of the economy and can inform the Disaster Adaption Plan (DAP) multi-hazard risk assessment. The economic baseline should include insights about the impacts, both positive (i.e. opportunities) and negative, that natural hazards, disasters and climate change have had on the local economic landscape.
