Description
Expression of Interests (EOI) are invited from QBCC licensed contractors to purchase and remove an old weatherboard recreation center located at the Eventide Residential Facility.
Members of the general public are unfortunately not invited to tender but may wish to engage a licensed contractor to tender on their behalf. The purchase agreement and its related works however must remain standing between the contractor and the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (only) for the full term of the agreement.
Expressions of interest are required by no later than 2:00pm on Wednesday, 5th June 2019
A mandatory site inspection has been allocated for 10:00am on Thursday the 16th May 2019.
Interested parties must register their interest to attend by emailing the contact as provided within the supplied EOI documentation.
All enquiries (outside of the mandatory site visit) must be provided via email only to the Procurement Officer, Mrs Iesha Stewart: [email hidden].
