RFT0038 - Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services

Tenders are invited for grounds maintenance services across a number of areas in the Gympie Regional Council region. This tender is split into separable portions consisting of:

• Separable Portion 1 – Chatsworth, Curra and Gunalda areas;
• Separable Portion 2 – Imbil area;
• Separable Portion 3 – Amamoor, Dagun, Kandanga and Kybong areas; and
• Separable Portion 4 – Southside areas (seasonal only).

Documents are available from the Queensland Government QTender website at www.hpw.qld.gov.au/qtenders.

Tenderers must be registered with the Queensland Government QTender site to be able to download documents, request information and submit a Tender.

Suitably endorsed Tenders close at the below website address at 2pm on 10 September 2019. In accordance with s228(8) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Regulation), Council may decide not to accept any tenders it receives.

In accordance with s288(9) of the Regulation any accepted tender must be the one deemed most advantageous to Council. It is noted that the lowest price tender may not be the most advantageous.

A Tender Information Session is scheduled for Tuesday 27 August 2019 at 'The Pavillion Conference & Reception' in Southside, Gympie commencing at 12noon. It is not mandatory for Respondents to attend, and thus not a condition of tendering to attend this Tender Information Session.
