Description

The Department of Training and Workforce Development (The Department) - Information Communication Technologies (ICT) works with partners to develop and implement e-business systems and services to support business units of the Department, publicly managed training organisations and other key stakeholders in Western Australia. The ICT Corporate Services area within ICT is responsible for planning, designing, developing, implementing, managing, and supporting the business systems utilised to deliver services to the Western Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) Sector including TAFE Colleges (formerly State Training Providers). It works with stakeholders to deliver quality systems and services that support the attainment of strategic and operational goals. The Department estimates that approximately 80 hours per week in the first year is required for the delivery of service requirements under the proposed arrangement, reducing to 40 hours per week for the remainder of the contract term.
