Maintenance of the Grounds and Sports Field at Arena Joondalup and Lawn Mowing Services at Challenge Stadium

VenuesWest has identified the need to continue to maintain the grounds at Arena Joondalup and Challenge Stadium to a high standard of presentation.
As a result this Request seeks the following requirements:
Requirement 1 (Arena Joondalup):
Provision of Maintenance of Grounds, Gardens and Sports fields at Arena Joondalup.
With respect to this there is also a requirement at Arena Joonadalup for several "Optional Services". This will include preparation/reinstatement of the main football oval before and after major events such as the Rockit festivals. Should any surface no longer require servicing by the Contractor, a cost reduction shall be incorporated accordingly.
Requirement 2 (Challenge Stadium):
Provision of Lawn Mowing Services to all grassed areas of Challenge Stadium.
Respondents may tender for either one or both requirements.
