Provision of Cleaning Services for John Graham Reserve, (Woodman Point Regional Park), Matilda Bay Reserve and Lesmurdie Falls (Mundy Regional Park)

The Regional Parks Unit of the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) manages a number of recreation sites within the Perth metropolitan area that include, John Graham Recreation Reserve, Matilda Bay Reserve and Lesmurdie Falls.

John Graham Recreation Reserve is located within the Woodman Point Regional Park and includes a popular picnic area walking and cycling paths, car parking and play equipment in close proximity to a beach and jetty. Recreational use of the Reserve is seasonal, with weekends and public holidays during the summer months being the busiest periods.

Matilda Bay Reserve is located between Hackett Drive and the Swan River in Crawley and also includes both popular picnic and play areas.

Lesmurdie Falls (Mundy Regional Park) is located on Falls Road in Forrestfield. It is a popular destination for its large waterfalls and walk trails. It also includes car parking and picnic areas. Winter and spring months are the busiest periods.

DBCA is seeking to engage a suitable qualified cleaning Contractor/(s) for the servicing of various public facilities, namely ablution blocks, barbecues and picnic shelters, within both John Graham Recreation Reserve and Matilda Bay Reserve and the ad hoc cleaning of ablution blocks adjacent to Lesmurdie Falls car park.

Respondents can submit and offer for one or more of the Packages.
