Supply of Cleaning Equipment

The objective of the Invitation to Offer (ITO) is to form a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the supply, delivery and backup service of electrical cleaning equipment including the provision of training in the use of equipment supplied when required to all state-owned educational facilities located in Queensland.

The arrangement is for the supply of specified cleaning equipment that will be categorised as either mandatory or non-mandatory when sourced by Queensland state-owned educational facilities (A mandatory categorisation requires that the specificed piece of equipment must be scourced from the arrangment).

The Department’s intention is to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement to drive value through competitiveness in costs and deliver desirable levels of service whilst ensuring compliance with the Queensland Government’s standards and policies.
