The Principal seeks advice on technical and market design options for the North West Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) under a single Marinus interconnector scenario. The consultancy will provide the Principal further advice on the following issues:
• The transmission and generation asset options in the NW REZ under this scenario.
• The appropriate access arrangements for the NW REZ under this scenario.
• The market design for the NW REZ that best achieves REZ objectives under this
scenario.
