Description

Health Support Services (HSS) requires professional Enterprise Architecture (EA) services via an Enterprise Architecture-as-a-Service (EAS) delivery model. The successful EAS supplier is expected to function as a genuine business partner of the HSS Planning and Architecture function to: Provide expertise across all contemporary digital health architecture domains, including business, data and information, applications (development and integration), technology infrastructure (physical, virtual, and Cloud), information security architecture, and operational technology (OT) integration.Provide a mature and capable business architecture service including, but limited to business analysis, process mapping, and capability modelling, and apply this analysis to operational transformation and development initiatives.Leverage their previous healthcare/ public health experience, that is expected to be substantial and comprehensive, to provide guidance on the strategic direction of digital health for WA Health and input, advice and assurance into major digital health initiatives.Provide knowledge transfer to HSS Planning and Architecture staff for each deliverable; and Comply with HSS governance for the endorsement of each deliverable as part of the handover process
