CONTRACTORS MUST PHONE [phone hidden] TO REGISTER ATTENDANCE BY 4.00PM ON FRIDAY 24 AUGUST 2012.
SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY AND IS A PRE-REQUISITE TO SUBMISSION OF TENDER.
ONLY ONE REPRESENTATIVE PER COMPANY PERMITTED TO ATTEND SITE INSPECTION.
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT CONTRACTORS SUBMITTING OFFERS FOR THIS TENDER MUST TENDER UNDER THE QUEENSLAND HEALTH AWARD. (Refer section 2.2 of Invitation to Offer)

Second Site Visit will be on WEDNESDAY 29 August 2012 at 11.00am (Sharp pending contractor numbers)
