The Workshops Railway Museum (TWRM) located at North Ipswich, Queensland seeks proposals from experienced catering operators who can demonstrate successful management and growth in a similar facility, to manage the Trackside Cafe and function area operations of the Museum. Visitation exceeds 85,000 pa.
Industry Briefing:
The Museum will be hosting an Industry Briefing at 10:00am on Tuesday, 23 October 2012, at The Workshops Rail Museum, Trackside Cafe, North Street, NORTH IPSWICH QLD 4305, followed by a site inspection for those who are not familiar with the site. If attending, please register as indicated in Section 2 of the Invitation to Offer document.
Attendance is optional, and Offerors’ who do not attend this industry briefing, are still eligible to submit an Offer for evaluation.
Please refer to the attached documentation for all the requirements and contact only the Contact Officer nominated for further information.
Offers must be submitted in the format (Hard copy only) and by the closing date and time (strictly) identified in Section1 of the Invitation to Offer document.
