Provision of Conference Services to the Department of Health

The Department of health will be holding a conference and dinner for up to 500 of its staff in November. A suitable hotel/conference venue with extensive experience in hosting conferences and award dinners is sought.

SUBMISSION OF OFFER;By Hand: The Respondent may submit the Offer by hand at: WA Health, Level 3, B Block, 189 Royal St, East Perth WA 6004.
If the Respondent submits the Offer by hand, the Respondent must provide two (2) copies, with one copy marked “original” and two copies marked “copy”. If an electronic copy is included on CD-ROM / DVD, the CD-ROM/DVD must b labelled with the Respondent’s name and the Request number (HCNS501412) and must follow the instructions for electronic copies as set out below. If the respondent submits the Offer electronically, the electronic copy of the Offer and any brochures or technical data sheets can be provided in Adobe Portable Document File ‘.pdf’ format. (note: this is required for audit purposes). In the event of any discrepancy between an electronic copy and an original hard copy of the submission, the original hard copy shall prevail.
