ChemCentre requires the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of an Ion Chromatography (IC) System. This new acquisition will replace an existing IC system within the Environmental Chemistry Laboratory at ChemCentre.
ChemCentre provides high value scientific services to Government agencies, research groups and industry. Its role includes the provision of:

- Scientific information and advice relating to agriculture, the environment, natural resources and health to government agencies and research groups;
- An emergency response facility for emergencies such as chemical spills, food safety or export incidents and health or environment concerns; and
- Forensic scientific services to the Police Service, State Coroner and the Racing Industry.
