Description
South Metropolitan TAFE (SMT) was formed in April 2016 from the merger of Challenger Institute of Technology and Polytechnic West. Harmonisation of contracts and works has been ongoing since this time and the ex Challenger sites are now requiring the renewal of cleaning services on the various premises.
The ex Challenger sites comprise of nine (9) sites located from Murdoch to Mandurah. SMT has a requirement for the provision of cleaning services at the following premises:
- Automotive Technology Skills Centre, Cnr Gilmore Avenue & Sulphur Road, Orelia;
- Rockingham Campus, Simpson Avenue, Rockingham;
- Fremantle Campus, 1 Fleet Street, Fremantle;
- Vessel Operations Centre, Fleay Lane, Fremantle;
- Beaconsfield Campus, 15 Grosvenor Street, Beaconsfield;
- Murdoch Campus, 130 Murdoch Drive, Murdoch;
- Munster Campus, 9 Gardiner Avenue, Munster;
- Henderson Campus, 12 Egmont Road, Henderson; and
- Mandurah Campus, Education Drive, Mandurah.
