Provision of Clustered Contract Cleaning Service for Gold Coast Region Ambulance Stations (8 sites) and Breastscreen Qld (2 sites).

CONTRACTOR MUST PHONE [phone hidden] TO REGISTER ATTENDANCE BY C.O.B. AT 4.00pm ON MONDAY, 6 FEB 2012. PLEASE NOTE: SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY AND IS A PRE-REQUISITE TO SUBMISSION AND CONSIDERATION OF TENDER BID. QBuild will conduct two (2) site visits for this tender as follows:

First site visit is on TUESDAY, 7 FEB 2012 at 10.00am (sharp) commencing at Helensvale Ambulance Station, 28 Kingston Drive, Helensvale.

Second site visit is on WEDNESDAY, 8 FEB 2012 at 10.00am (sharp) commencing at Helensvale Ambulance Station, 28 Kingston Drive, Helensvale.

CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO BRING FULL SET OF DOCUMENTS WITH THEM TO SITE VISIT.
