Tooloola Lot 94 Land and Maintenance Contract 2021 to 2024

EDQ owns Lot 94 as USL land in the Toolooa Industrial area. Lot 94 is the balance of the industrial estate and boarders onto residential areas and developed industrial land. EDQ as the land owner has an obligation to keep the fire breaks maintained and reduce fire load by undertaking control burns on a regular basis.

EDQ have received complaints in the past regarding long grass and illegal dumping and is seeking to establish an ongoing contract for the maintenance of this land.

Scope of work includes:
Fire breaks 3 x per year (inspect, re grade as required)
Undertake control burn once a year (if required - dependent on season, fuel load, fire permit)
Contingency of $5,500 Inc GST per annum included for illegal dumping removal as needed.
Photos of before and after required for fire break work and control burns.
Photo evidence and approval to remove illegally dumped material required prior to undertaking work.

Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) or equivalent must be completed for each activity undertaken on the Lot over the period of the contract.
