Whole of Australian Government Property Services Coordinated Procurement Arrangements – Property Service Providers

The Department of Finance (Finance) is renewing the Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) Coordinated Procurement Arrangements for Property Services (the Arrangements) – including Management Services, Leasing Services and Facilities Management Services. The Arrangements will cover office accommodation, shopfronts and specialised asset classes, with other property types to be included as appropriate.

Finance has established and manages coordinated procurements for common products and services on behalf of the Commonwealth. The objectives of the coordinated procurement arrangements in respect of the Services are to:

(a) continue to meet the business needs of the Commonwealth, including Covered Entities;

(b) optimise Commonwealth outcomes, minimise risk, and improve efficiencies;

(c) contribute to a competitive and viable industry;

(d) establish fair, equitable and transparent processes; and

(e) reduce the cost of supply, (together the Objectives).

In accordance with the RFT, Tenderers may tender for one or more of the 5 Work Packages. However, Finance will not appoint more than 2 Work Packages to a single Service Provider. Finance will engage a single legal entity for the provision of All Services (i.e. Management Services, Leasing Services, Facilities Management Services) in respect of each Work Package. Subject to contracting with a single legal entity and the terms of this RFT, Finance will consider Joint Tender arrangements.
