Provision of Cleaning and Ancillary Services for the Transwa Booking Centres and Stations

Background

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) seeks the services of an experienced contractor to provide cleaning services for the Transwa Booking Centres in regional locations and to provide baggage handling and ancillary services in the Perth metropolitan area and at some regional locations.

Scope of services

Cleaning of Transwa’s booking centres is carried out at locations and interval determined by Transwa. Cleaning Tasks are to be undertaken in accordance with Transwa’s requirements on a daily, weekly and quarterly frequency depending on the task.

The booking centres and locations included in the cleaning scope of works are Albany, Bunbury, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Northam and Merredin.

Booking Centres considered out of Scope include Armadale, East Perth, Mandurah and Midland

Baggage handling services are required at Albany, Bunbury, East Perth, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie and Merredin.

Estimated Contract Commencement date is 31 March 2021

Contract Services are expected to be provided for a period of three (3) years with one option to extend the contract for a second term of two (2) years.
