Provision of Intelligent Print Imaging Services for Driver and Vehicle Services Functions
Through this Request, DOT is seeking a qualified supplier to provide the following services to facilitate DVS licensing functions:
• Intelligent print imaging (printing data on plain paper and/or base stock including renewal notices, receipts and letters)
• Non-intelligent printing (e.g. forms, base stock and brochures) on a non-exclusive basis
• Scanning of documents and electronic storage and retrieval where required
• Insertion of documents/brochures and/or flyers into mail-outs
• Pre-postal lodgement services (enveloping and organisation of mail)
• Storage of stock and stock management; and
• Other ad-hoc printing and mail-house activities
