Scheduling Support Services Radio System Replacement

The Consultant shall carry out schedule review activities as requested by the RSR Project Management team and will be expected to provide the following services as a minimum:

• Review and analyse the first Baseline Schedule and any revised Baseline Schedules submitted by the RSR Contractor.
• Review and analyse the monthly schedule updates submitted by the RSR Contractor.
• Perform schedule quality assessments as part of the review process. Agree with PTA the appropriate thresholds for schedule metrics.
• Use delay analysis techniques to review extension of time requests and delay claims submitted by the Contractor and provide recommendations to PTA.
• Provide schedule extracts, custom reports and layouts in Primavera P6, and any other Project Scheduling Support work as required by the RSR Project Management Team.
• Attend face-to-face meetings with PTA on a monthly basis and as required by the RSR Project Management Team.

The Consultant is required to be fluent in the use of Oracle Primavera P6 Professional, P6 EPPM, and schedule analysis software tools such as Acumen Fuse.
