Provision of Contract Cleaning Services for QLD Health - QE2 DISTRICT ORAL HEALTH SCHOOL DENTAL CLINICIS .
CONTRACTORS MUST PHONE [phone hidden] TO REGISTER ATTENDANCE BY 2.00PM ON FRIDAY 14 SEPTEMBER 2012.
SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY AND IS A PRE-REQUISITE TO SUBMISSION OF TENDER.
ONLY ONE REPRESENTATIVE PER COMPANY PERMITTED TO ATTEND SITE INSPECTION.
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT CONTRACTORS SUBMITTING OFFERS FOR THIS TENDER MUST TENDER UNDER THE QUEENSLAND HEALTH AWARD. (Refer section 2.2 of Invitation to Offer)
QBuild will be conducting one (1) site visits for this tender. The meeting place will be front entrance to Richlands East Adult Clinic, Cnr Poinsettis& Columba Streets RICHLANDS.
Site Visit will be on Friday 21 September 2012, commencing at 10.00am (Sharp)
