Description
The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) requires the supply and delivery of up to four (4) heavy duty tip trucks (tippers) over a period of three (3) years. These tippers will include two (2) drive configurations (6x4 and 6x6) with two (2) tipping body options. Wheelbase options to suit 11m3 fixed sided tipper and 6.3m tipping tray (6x6 only). Tippers will be ordered to align with the annual fleet replacement program.
DBCA requires the chassis and tipping bodies to be robust and reliable to handle tough conditions and heavy loads . The tippers will be used for the construction and maintenance of roads and other tasks on DBCA managed estates in the harsh conditions of the Kimberley and the lower South-West regions of Western Australia.
DBCA reserves the right to award the Contract to more than one Contractor.
