Department of Finance and Deregulation Fit out – 1 Bligh St Sydney – Head Contractor

Head Contractors with experience in constructing complex major fitouts in short time frames are invited to tender for the fitout of levels 19, 20 and 21 of 1 Bligh Street for the Department of Finance and Deregulation.

The works have been fully documented by Architectus and Arup. There will be extensive slab-to-slab partitioning throughout the fitout, which will necessitate major modifications to base building services. There will be a high level of acoustic, security, audio-visual and information and communications technology requirements incorporated into the fitout.
The project has been documented to achieve a minimum certified 5-Star Green Star interiors rating.

On-site security procedures will be of particular importance, and tenderers will need to demonstrate compliance with the specified Commonwealth requirements.
