Description
The successful Tenderer or Tenderers will be required to provide Office Services for the Health portfolio, nationally, in a manner which meets the Department’s current and future requirements,for the following Service Categories:
(a) Service Category A:Digital Records Management (EDRMS), with an Option to Extend for Help Desk Level 2 TRIM Call Centre Support; and/or
(b) Service Category B:Physical Records Management, with an Option to Extend for Major digitisation of offsite paper-based records Project; and/or
(c) Service Category C:Secure Classified Waste Disposal; and/or
(d) Service Category D:Mail Handling, Distribution, Couriers and Freight, with an Option to Extend for Digital Mail Management Pilot Project; and/or
(e) Service Category E:Meeting Room and Venue Management.
