The Immediate Drug Assistance Coordination Centre (IDACC)

The Immediate Drug Assistance Coordination Centre (IDACC) has been developed in response to Recommendation 29 of the MAP Taskforce Report and is aligned to the findings of the AOD Crisis Intervention System Service Model. The IDACC is designed to support individuals experiencing a crisis related to their AOD use to immediately access care and support in a coordinated and seamless way.

This Request document is the Request for Tender to appoint a service provider to deliverthe service and a suitable property. Offers will also be considered for the IDACC service provision only, if a suitable property has not been identified by the Preferred Respondent. If the Preferred Respondent has not identified a suitable property, then the MHC may provide the Preferred Respondent with potential suitable properties identified by the MHC through a separate Request for Information process or other means for the Preferred Respondent’s consideration.

The MHC will also reserve the right to provide the property and will consult with the Preferred Respondent regarding preferences and costs for fit-out, in which case the MHC will be responsible for the costs associated with renovations and fit out and the service provider will be responsible for the fit out.
