Description
The Disability Services Commission (the Commission) is a Western Australian government organisation with over fifty regional and metropolitan based offices. Larger offices are serviced by high bandwidth links, smaller metropolitan and regional sites are connected to head office by ADSL services.
The Commission has existing videoconferencing at its West Perth office and six regional offices. This infrastructure no longer meets the Commission’s needs in communicating internally with remotely based staff and externally with consumers, disability service organisations and other State and Federal Government agencies.
