Description
PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA requires the provision of Post-Warranty Service and Maintenance to the MicroFlex MALDI-ToFs with the supply of all associated consumables.
In addition to the information requested in Part B of this document, please also include the following details in your Offer for the two (2) Complete MALDI Biotypers:
- Provision of loan instrument if current system is not operational in five (5) days,
- All parts, travel and labour included;
- Delivery of instrument specific consumables within 5-7 working days upon receipt of Purchase Order;
- Software upgrades;
- PC support;
- Response times (via phone and on site);
- Annual PM to manufacturer’s specifications; and
- Public holiday and weekend support.
