Description
Communities is seeking the services of a suitably experienced consultant to undertake a project to build an understanding of the experience and perceptions of Aboriginal public housing tenants with crowding in their homes in the City of Swan and City of Greater Geraldton local government areas. The project will also explore tenants? views on actions that might be taken to reduce or otherwise respond to crowded circumstances. To broaden the reach of the project we are seeking to also hear from Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations that deliver services to householders on observable impacts of overcrowding and what might be done to limit the negative impacts. The engagement outputs will inform policy responses to progress Target 9a of the National Agreement on Closing the Gap.
