Description
The Consultant is required to:
- design a comprehensive signalling training and associated infrastructure facility for PTA’s Kwinana Training Facility, the that best reflects the equipment and technology in use by the PTA, for signalling and operational staff training including safety critical skills as part of the Rail System Development Program (RSDP);
- Provide detailed scope of work documentation and a detailed Bill of Materials to allow PTA to procure the installation & construction of the facility (lump sum price) by Public Tender.
- At completion of the construction, produce as-built documentation.
