Gladesville Hospital Building 30 Minor Works - PROC0554

The works shall comprise the provision of all materials, labour, transport, tools, plant, applications, payment of fees and everything else necessary for the construction, installation, testing, commissioning of the works as described in the Specification, Schedule of Proposed Repair Works and Drawings, including all minor and incidental work not specifically mentioned herein, to achieve the intent and meaning of the Specification, Schedule of Proposed Repair Works and Drawings. Minor work scope shall include of the following: Window W1.02 metal lintel replacement. Membrane installation. Roof Flashing replacement above membrane. Removal and replacement of all ground floor windows mesh, including W1.08. Metal work painting. Bird proofing works. Expansion joints cleaning and elastomeric sealant. Metal railing, gate, and handrail works.
