Description
As a result of the Inter-Governmental Agreement on the National Maritime Emergency Response Arrangements (NMERA), AMSA will provide emergency towage capability around the Australian coastline in line with the assessed levels of risk.
Level 2 of the Emergency Towage Vessel Program requires that arrangements are in place for suitably equipped ETVs to respond at short notice to directions from AMSA to perform first strike emergency towage capability in the event of shipping incidents or casualties.
This RFT seeks to source a suitable ETV provider in each Region.
