Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Large Winch Room Conservation Works at Maritime Museum of Western Australia.
The Work includes but is not limited to the following:
Preliminaries | Gutters & Downpipes |
Demolition Inc. Asbestos Removal & Disposal | Wall & Soffit Lining - Sheet Fibre-Cement |
Joinery Repairs including Epoxy repairs | Wall Lining - Timber Ship-lap boards |
Concrete Footings & Slab | Replace window putty |
Structural Stainless-Steel Cleats, Brackets, Fixings | Painting - All existing previously painted surfaces & new surfaces for paint finish (FC sheet & Timber) |
Roofing | Electrical (Removal & decommissioning of comms rack & trays) |
Servicing all sliding doors, grease tracks & rollers etc |
Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote.
All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
