Description
Background HCS Project has recently signed a contract with the Alstom/Downer Alliance (ADA) for the delivery of a new Automatic Train Control (ATC) System. For the delivery of the project the intent is for the HCS Project team and ADA teams to be co-located in an alliance office, provided by ADA on Stirling St. Scope Network Equipment as specified in the BoM required to set up the new office to allow the HCS Project Team and ADA teams to work together.
