Description
USC is seeking to engage a panel of Quantity Surveyors (QS) to provide professional services that identify, estimate, report and control project costs during the design and delivery of various projects throughout the term of the contract.
These projects could occur across any of USC’s campuses. Respondents should note that this work may not occur until at least 2021.
USC aims to create a panel of companies that can provide services in one or more of these categories:
- Building Projects under $1 million
- Building Projects from $1 million to $10 million
- Building Projects over $10 million
