Type 2.1 – 8,425 tonne, Feb-Apr 2018

14mm pre-coated screenings – 1,125 tonne, Feb-Apr 2018

10mm Pre-coated screenings – 775 tonne, Feb-Apr 2018

Material Conversion

For the purposes of evaluation each Offeror shall include details of the relevant conversion rates of the respective materials.

Please note there are multiple locations for the supply of the required material as per the attached table.

Offeror’s may price any or all of the particular sites.

RoadTek will award based on the best offer for each location, hence there may be several suppliers under this contract of supply.

It is generally intended that the paving materials will be delivered directly onto the road surface in a short timeframe each morning prior to road stabilisation works commencing, for larger quantities however the material may be delivered over the whole day.

Offerors should make an allowance for this in their respective offers to ensure sufficient cartage capacity is available.
