Cleaning and Maintenance of Kitchen Exhaust Systems - T03-23

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced companies for cleaning and maintenance of Canterbury Bankstown Council facilities listed in Section 3.4, in accordance with AS 1851. Description of Services 1.MONTHLY FILTER EXCHANGE Scheduled monthly filter exchange General inspection Reporting if more frequent cleaning/further actions are required is required. 2.KITCHEN CANOPY CLEAN – 6 Monthly Clean all canopies including all interior and exterior chambers and surfaces Clean all oil and drip trays within the external chamber of the canopy Clean the perimeter gutter of the canopies Polish exterior surface and exterior chamber of stainless-steel canopies Clean and polish dishwasher canopy Pre and Post reports complete with photos and certificate of compliance. (AS 1851) 3. KITCHEN EXHAUST SYSTEM CLEAN - Annual Clean all canopies including all interior and exterior chambers and surfaces Clean all oil and drip trays within the internal and external chamber of the canopy Clean vertical and horizontal risers where accessible Clean the perimeter gutter of the canopies Polish exterior surface and exterior chamber of stainless-steel canopies. Clean horizontal ducting in the kitchen ceiling space where accessible Clean vertical ducting in the kitchen ceiling space where accessible Clean exhaust fan blades, casing, ducting where accessible and outlet duct section Clean all sprinklers inside kitchen hoods to remove accumulated grease. Clean area around fan in the ceiling or on the roof Pre and Post reports complete with photos and certificate of compliance. (AS 1851)
