Description
The purpose of this project is to replace an existing 8 metre, high speed barge, that is nearing the end of it's useful life. The new vessel is to fulfil the day-to-day management role of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park - performing a range of tasks including; Island National Park Maintenance, Dive Platform and Research. Based in Airlie Beach, it will predominantly operate within the Whitsunday Islands and adjacent mainland coastal areas.
