Description
The Department of Housing (Housing) is seeking to establish a ‘Panel Contract’ to enable Housing to achieve its strategic property and asset planning and development objectives —from ‘Concepts to Keys’.
Companies and/or individuals who have the appropriate personnel, skillsets and experience to enable Housing to achieve its objectives are strongly encouraged to apply.
The required real estate transaction and advisory services relate directly to Housing’s primary role in property acquisitions, housing construction, land development and the redevelopment of existing assets.
