Description
A detailed statement of the required services (Services) is contained in the Statement of Requirement (SOR) at PART 3 - STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT of this Request for Tender (RFT).
Tenderers are invited to offer an alternative proposal with respect to the Statement of Requirements that provides a solution that offers greater value for money. Alternative proposals are not mandatory.
Tenderers are advised that alternative proposals will only be considered where a primary conforming Tender proposal meets all conditions as contained within PART 2 – CONDITIONS FOR TENDERING, PART 3 – STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS, and PART 5 – TENDER RESPONSE.
Tenderers are reminded of the requirements relating to auditor appointment, independence and rotation in Part 2M.4 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act), when the audit is of a Corporations Act body.
