The Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) is seeking the services of organisations for provision of services for the audit of the financial statements of:

* Australia Council;
o Australian Council Grant Acquittal
* Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority;
* Australian Hearing Services;
* Australian Human Rights Commission;
* Australian Law Reform Commission;
* Australian Solar Institute Ltd;
* Bundanon Trust;
* Cancer Australia;
* Consolidated Manufacturing Enterprise Pty Ltd;
* Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency;
* Federal Court of Australia;
* Office of the Australian Information Commissioner;
* Private Health Insurance Ombudsman;
* Screen Australia;
* Sydney Harbour Federation Trust;
o Sydney Harbour Conservancy Ltd;
o Sydney Harbour Conservancy Fund;
* Tourism Australia;
* Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council;
o Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community Council Grant Audit; and
o Wreck Bay Enterprises Ltd.

Tenderers are invited to submit bids for all or any of the audits.

A detailed statement of the services (Services) is contained in the Statement of Requirement (SOR) at Part 3 of this Request for Tender (RFT).

Tenderers are reminded of the requirements relating to auditor appointment, independence and rotation in Part 2M.4 of the Corporations Act 2001, where the audit is of a Corporations Act body.
